Queens Man Charged with faking AIDS test for sex

An HIV-positive Queens man is facing jail time after allegedly faking a clean bill of health to persuade his girlfriend to have unprotected sex. Duane Lang, age 48, typed up an official-looking HIV test report from the AIDS Center of Queens, the city's Department of Investigation charged. Lang - who has been HIV-positive since 2002 - used to volunteer at the city-funded AIDS Center authorities said.

No matter how "nice" and "honest" someone may seem, you never know what they're harboring.

If you want to have unprotected sex, fine, but get tested. BOTH OF YOU. And go to the clinic TOGETHER.
Choose your partners as carefully as you would a house you're purchasing or a car.
We have some very sick individuals living amongst us. You can't trust a lot of people. Your body is a temple...treat it as such.
WHAT A SHAME! THE GUY SHOULD GET THE DEATH PENALTY BECAUSE THIS CAN BE CONSIDERED A FORM OF MURDER. I MAKE THIS CONCLUSION BECAUSE HE HAS THE INTENT TO KILL(MENS REA) COUPLED WITH THE ACT OF SEXUAL CONDUCT (ACTUS REA).YOU NEVER KNOW WHO TO TRUST THESE DAYS!!! I FEEL SO BAD FOR HIS GIRLFRIEND.
