Ideas & Trends; Why Confess to What You Didn't Do?

Yusef Salaam, (left) twenty years later

Revisit the story of five young men who, after an evening of 'wilding' in Central Park on the evening of April 20, 1989, became known as the "Central Park Five".

These young men spent years languishing in NY Prisons and Juvenile Dentention facilities for a crime they DID NOT committ.

Read their story here (Ideas & Trends; Why Confess to What You Didn't Do?) and read the confession from the real rapist, Matias Reyes.
