Detectives at the 6th Precint in Lower Manhattan are questioning three men in relation to the recent Subway stabbing of two friends, but have not released further details.

Darnell Morel and Ricardo Williams, both 24, were killed while riding the number 2 Subway line just after 5 a.m. Sunday. Witnesses told police the two threw trash out of the Subway door and accidentally hit the suspect. They apologized, but the suspect became livid and pulled out a knife and stabbed the two men, killing both.

The suspect fled the train somewhere between Times Square and Greenwhich Village. Police found the bodies at another stop on the #2 line after a passenger called 911.
