Brooklyn Prosecutors Say Foxy Brown Really Showed Her Tail

Rapper Foxy Brown literally showed her ass, according to Brooklyn prosecutors that is.

The petite pea-brain rapper, whose real name is Inga Marchand, appeared in Brooklyn Criminal Court Thursday clad in a skin-tight teal dress for her arraignment a day after she was arrested for violating a protection order filed by her neighbor Arlene Raymond, the woman Marchand assaulted with a cell phone about two years ago.

Police say earlier this week, Marchand allegedly ran into Raymond and flipped out screaming, "You dirty bitch, what are you looking at, what the f---- you looking at bitch," before exposing her derriere and yelling, "Kiss my ass."

Police were called and Marchand was arrested. She was released after posting her $10,000 bond. Marchand, 30, who remained silent during the court proceedings, pleaded not guilty and simply nodded in agreement as the judge told her to stay away from Raymond. She left court, flanked by her lawyers and manager, and slipped into an awaiting GMC SUV.

A neighbor of Raymond's, who asked not to be identified, told the NY Post that Marchand had been visiting her mother's apartment on St. Marks Avenue, which is just a few doors away from Raymond's apartment, when this week's drama ensued.

The neighbor said Marchand was "was strutting" below Raymond's window when she "stuck her butt out, in a kiss-my-butt kind of way," said the neighbor who added that the rapper was also "doing a lot of screaming."

She says Marchand called Raymond a "f- - -king bitch" from the street and then snarled: "I'm going to f- - k you up!" the neighbor said.

Her attroney, Bruce Barron told reporters that his client intends to fight the charges. "She will be exonerated," said Barron.

"Our client is innocent," said the singer's manager, Bernadette Brennan. "We'll be fighting this to the fullest extent of the law. Foxy is in good spirits, and she'll be performing this Sunday at B.B. King's'' in Times Square."

Marchand and Raymond have been arch enemies since July 2007 when the pair began feuding over Marchand blasting music from her car stereo. Raymond, 29, lives near the mad rapper in the Prospect Heights section of Brooklyn.

Days after the stereo feud, Raymond says she and Marchand passed one another on the street when Marchand, known for her raunchy lyrics," hurled a Blackberry cell phone at her, cutting Raymond's lip and knocking a tooth loose.

Raymond filed an order of protection against the dancing diva after that incident.

If Marchand is convicted of this latest charge, she faces up to seven years in jail.
