About "Goal Driven Women":

“Goal Driven Women” was written to inspire all women who need inspiration, motivation and really what to transform their lives. It was released on November 9, 2012. It is an honor for the author to write a book about women who have played a very pivotal part in all of his successful accomplishments. By writing this book, Yales would like to say thank you to all of the wonderful women in the world. Without these Goal Driven Women in the world, the world would be in turmoil.

Joey Pinkney: Where did you get the inspiration to write “Goal Driven Women”?

Yales Smith: I was inspired by all the wonderful women in my family, friends, and coworkers. 


JP: What sets ”Goal Driven Women” apart from other books in the same genre?

YS: I wrote “Goal Driven Women” for women from a man’s point of view. In addition, I created a new method for people to reach their goals called WAVA. 

JP: As an author, what are the keys to your success that led to ”Goal Driven Women” getting out to the public?

YS: The keys are hard work, good planning, networking, money and perseverance. 

JP: As an author, what is your writing process? How long did it take you to start and finish “Goal Driven Women”?

YS: “Goal Driven Women” is my first book. It took me a year in a half. That is partly do to the fact that I have a day job. If I didn’t have a day job, it could have been completed a lot sooner. 

JP: What’s next for Yales Smith?

YS: I am currently working on an ebook. I am in the process of co-authoring a book with another author.
