Pint-Sized Pinkett Smith Reveals Her 'Crazy' Diet

The absolutely gorgeous, classy Jada Pinkett Smith sat down with People Magazine to reveal her "crazy" diet and how it helped her prepare for a role where she had to look her very best.

Mrs. Smith has always been super petite, but never loses her shape. You know, she's not pencil thin and I've never seen her ribs showing through her clothes like some stars. No, Mrs. Jada has always presented the world with that polished, neat yet sexy look we have become accustomed to since her "It's a Different World" days.

Well, her "crazy" diet actually meant the pint sized pretty had to eat a lot of food in order to build muscle. The 42-year-old vegetarian and mother of three said she was bench pressing 170 lbs. and placed a lot of weight on her legs to give them that tight and toned look. Despite her healthy, veggies only diet, the lovely dynamo told People, she still craves...McDonald's french fries.
