Its another day. I feel numb..the numbness comes from Kimani' Gray's death. I didn't know this 16 year old black boy, but why is it the first time I read about him..its about his death?
Why did the NYPD choose again to take another young black male's life? This is a boy!? Where is the outrage for his death? Why is it only in Brooklyn? Why is this young boy's life in the eyes of the NYPD..not worth anything?
Why do you choose to kill our youth? Why have you replaced your badge with a white hood?
Who will answer these questions Mayor Bloomberg? Why is Chief Raymond Kelly making it seem like its ok to kill black males?
When will you answer these questions and stop making our toung black males prey to overzealous, racist cops who don't even know the kids of the neighborhood that they feast on?
Using their guns as crosses that continue to burn on our lawns forever.
