Father grieves after Jamaica man trampled during store opening

The family of a Jamaica man, Jdimytai Damour, who was trampled to death at a Wal-Mart on Black Friday sued the chain store Wednesday.Attorney Jordan Hecht of the Manhattan-based Hecht, Kleeger, Pintel, and Damashek law firm filed the wrongful-death suit in Bronx Supreme Court on behalf of Bronx resident Elsie Damour Phillipe, Jdimytai Damour’s sister.
