Son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal Ordered Held Without Bond This morning a Los Angeles judge ordered Redmond O'Neal held without bail while he awaits sentencing on a probation violation. O'Neal appeared in court today and admitted he had violated the terms of his probation for a previous drug conviction. The judge revoked the O'Neals bail and ordered a sentencing hearing for next week. He faces up to three years in state prison and still has pending drug cases. O'Neal has been jailed since Sunday, when 
he was arrested at a jail north of Los Angeles on suspicion of carrying heroin. Last year, O'Neal and his father were arrested on suspicion of having methamphetamine at the actor's home. O'Neal's mother, actress Farrah Fawcett, has been battling Cancer and has been released from a Los Angeles hospital. Fawcett was diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006.

Former NYPD Star Being Sued by Ex For Money, HouseRemember David Caruso aka Detective John Kelly from "NYPD Blue"? Well, he's got some legal troubles on the horizon. Apparently his ex-girlfriend is seeking more than $1.2 million and a house she says the former "NYPD Blue" star promised her during their relationship.Liza Marquez sued Caruso in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, claiming he promised to support her even after their nearly four-year relationship ended. Caruso is crying foul.
The pair began dating in April 2004 while Marquez was working as a travel agent. Within a year, they were cohabitating and Marquez quit her job. She claims that Caruso told her that he would "always be there" to support her financially. Marquez alleges that Caruso conducted himself in a double agent manner: expressing affection and love in public, but becoming withdrawn and verbally abusive in private.
Caruso moved out of the home they shared as the relationship deteriorated, the suit states.Marquez states that Caruso ended their relationship two days after she gave birth to their second child in 2007. It claims the couple later reached an agreement that that actor would pay

The suit also claims that Caruso was verbally abusive to Marquez and that he told her on several occasions that he didn't picture himself as a father.
Caruso broke that agreement, and Marquez is seeking the deed to the house, $1.2 million and punitive damages for fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims. Stephen Kolodny, an attorney for Caruso, released a statement Thursday that said the lawsuit was filed with "false claims" and appears to be retaliation for Caruso seeking changes to the couple's custody arrangements.
