Update On My Surgery

Hey ladies, gents and readers of the site! As you all know, I put my business out on blast about me having surgery. A tummy tuck with liposuction to be exact. I'm not ashamed.....if I can dish the dirt on celebs I might as well be able to do it to myself as well. A lot of my friends, family and readers have asked why I chose to do this. My reason......I have 4 kids and all the exercise in the world couldn't get rid of everything. Now, everything and I mean everything is gone from the gut! I have absolutely no stomach!!! I'm still battered, bruised, fucked up and high on medication but I'm being told that in about another week I should be back on my feet. I also did the surgery because I had a really low self esteem about my body appearance. People have told me there was nothing wrong with me but yall don't get to see me naked. I do! I wasn't happy with what I saw and decided to change things. I was also in a relationship where I was jealous of everything my man was around. He chose to be around skinny, slim chicks and everything he did was based around that. I became self conscious.....not because of him.....but because of my own thoughts of how I perceived myself. I felt as if I wasn't good enough, maybe there was something missing. But as I sat down and thought.....it was just me. I wasn't happy with myself. So this is how the surgery came about. Had I have known the surgery was going to be this painful and major.....I would've stayed my big ass at home!!! LMAO! This was a major surgery and I didn't realize how major it was going to be until I had to come home with 2 bags dangling from my waist! I am very happy with the results though. I wouldn't change it for the world. My point in saying all this is......do what makes you feel happy. Don't do things for other people. Be happy for you! That is my lesson for today.....Comments? Anyone?
