DNA samples taken from the mother of missing Phillipsburg native, 18 year-old Brian Lynch, have indicated that the leg found by a fisherman on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River in June belong to Lynch.
Lynch disappeared after jumping off a railroad bridge on Memorial Day. Investigators failed to find any other parts of the teens body and the medical examiner issued
issued a death certificate for Lynch, calling the injury not survivable.
