FoxNews.Com -- One World Trade Center, the massive sculpture being built in place of the original twin towers, which were tragically destroyed during the Sept. 11 attacks, will earn it's right to claim being the Big Apple's tallest skyscraper on Monday, April 30 as workers erect steel columns that will leave the incomplete skeleton a little over 1,250 feet, just high enough to peak over the observation deck on the Empire State Building.
