Singon.org Pushing New Law Aimed at Sex Offenders

Signon.org is asking for the support of the public to push a new law that will protect the public from sex offenders/predators who are released from prison. Read more...
If an inmate is caught sexually assaulting, sexually battering, assaulting with intent to commit rape they are arrested in prison, called an "In House Arrest" most of these cases are heard by the Prison Board/an Administration Hearing and a disciplinary action is handed out to the offender.

The offense may be put on their arrest record, however, under California law upon Parole or Probation they are not required to register as a sex offender.

That's why I created a petition to The California State House, The California State Senate, and Governor Jerry Brown.
