HIP HOP / PUNK ROCK HYBRID RDGLDGRN MAKE LATE NIGHT TV DEBUT ON JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE
"The group pounds away with high-flying guitar textures over Grohl's barreling drum work…an honest take on losing out on love". -- ROLLING STONE "Their genre-jumping sound channels everything from D.C.'s go-go beats to a Bad Brains punk edge...all cemented with a solid hip-hop foundation." -- MTV BUZZWORTHY "An impressive marriage of go-go and indie rock" -- PUREVOLUME
Riding high off a wildly successful stint at SXSW, the trail-blazing trio RDGLDGRN stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform some of the songs off their recently released EP Red Gold Green. High energy, high flying and impeccably color-coordinated, the guys tore it up on both of their viral smashes "Million Fans" and "I Love Lamp".

CONNECT WITH RDGLDGRN
ABOUT THE BAND RDGLDGRN unleashed their debut EP RED GOLD GREEN on February 12th [Fairfax Recordings/Republic Records] on iTunes and all digital retailers. The DC-based three-piece fuses together hip hop, punk, and indie rock into one undeniable hybrid of their own. That combination comes to life on the first single "I Love Lamp", which struts confidently between genres. It's no surprise that legendary Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has publicly endorsed the band. He even went so far as to drum on three out of the EP's four songs including "I Love Lamp", while N.E.R.D. main man and producer extraordinaire Pharrell Williams collaborates with the group on "Doing the Most". The collection was also recorded at Fairfax Recordings — formerly the iconic Sound City Studios in Van Nuys, CA—with producer and Fairfax label founder Kevin Augunas [Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Cold War Kids].
