So NYC Commissioner Kelly's latest statement is that african-americans are "understopped". Exactly what is Commissioner Kelly trying to say here? What does he mean "understopped"?
You mean to tell me that the good african american and latino male tax paying citizens of NYC have to get humiliated, intimidated, frightened, terrorized, and threatened so that Commissioner Kelly can satisfy his racist beliefs and Mayor Bloomberg can make it seem like this is the Disney city with black men in check!?
You two need to really stop it. Your act is tired, racist, sick, deprived, deranged, and horrible. You claim that these crimes are committed by black males who make up less of the population than white men, yet you choose to stop them more? That's racist and profiling at its worst.
NYPD Commissioner Kelly needs to resign now, because he obviously doesn't know who to be the top cop of a melting pot city like New York without being a racist. Crimes are committed everyday..everyday in NYC. Stop playing games and tell us the truth.
Commissioner Kelly..You are not trying to help commuinities of color..you are only trying to keep them in line.
