Police search Hudson River for missing boy
NEWBURGH, N.Y. — Police divers are in the Hudson River again, searching for any sign of a 4-year-old Newburgh boy who went missing two weeks ago.

Police Lt. Charles Broe Sr. says the divers are concentrating on a stretch of the river near where a search dog caught Marc Anthony Bookal’s scent soon after he disappeared from his family’s apartment on Dec. 14.

Broe says detectives searched on foot over the weekend.

Cory Byrd, the boyfriend of Marc’s mother, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Police say the boy was in Byrd’s care when he disappeared. The 30-year-old Byrd was also charged with a parole violation. He’s being held in the Orange County Jail.

Broe says Monday that authorities still aren’t calling Byrd a suspect in the boy’s disappearance.

Lawyer: 'Someone's Trying to Frame Her'
Hailey Glassman did not ransack the apartment of ex-boyfriend and reality star Jon Gosselin, according to her lawyer, who blasted the incident as a "publicity stunt" in a statement Sunday.

"It appears someone is trying to frame her," says Anand Ahuja. "I don’t know who that is. The last time she was in the apartment was Thursday Dec. 24."

Gosselin returned to his swanky Upper West Side apartment after Christmas dinner with his children to discover the place mysteriously "trashed" -- with his high-end clothes shredded, furniture destroyed, and an eerie note pinned to a dresser with a butcher knife, sources said.
