New Yorker had another scare when a suspicious looking package shut Times Square down for the second time in weeks. Turns out it was a false alarm, but alarming nonetheless for New Yorkers who are barely over the shock of officials finding a bomb in the back of an abandoned SUV in Times Square earlier this month.
