UPDATE: Autopsy of Old Bridge, NJ Father Died of Blunt Force Trauma

Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan announced Tuesday that the autopsy of Divvendu Sinha, of Old Bridge, the man beaten to death as he walked with his wife and sons, died from a head injury that was inflicted when he was beaten, the New Jersey Newsroom reported.

Middlesex County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Sinha, 49, died from blunt force trauma to the head and that the manner of death was homicide.

The three juveniles charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit an aggravated assault remain in custody at the Middlesex County Juvenile Detention Center in North Brunswick. Their first appearence in Family Court has been scheduled for July 1, 2010, before Superior Court Judge Roger W. Daley in New Brunswick.
