Let us all remind ourselves..Sean Penn is an actor..not a politician

Sean Penn loves his craft. He is one of the greatest actor's of our time. So what makes him an authority on Haitian politics...nothing. Mr. Penn gave his energy during the Haiti Earthquake and should be commended for that by all means, but what gives him the right to protest and voice opposition to one of Haiti's native sons..Mr. Wyclef Jean. He's a great actor, surfer, gay activist, Vietnam soldier, Madonna's ex-husband, disabled father, and all the other characters he has portrayed on the silver screen.

Mr. Jean's family is involved in Haiti's political scene and he has always brought the plight of Haiti to us here in America, whether we liked it or not. Wyclef fought for Haiti's rights to common things like drinking water, while Mr. Penn was filming his next movie. The argument that Mr. Penn is bringing against a Wyclef Jean presidency is one that should be treated like one of his movies..with great respect for one of the greatest actors of our time.
