Marian Salzman, spokesperson for Haitian music producer Wyclef Jean announced that the singer has been hospitalized at an undisclosed location in New Jersey "suffering from stress and fatigue based on the grueling eight weeks he's had."
Jean's family released the following statement about his hospitalization and planned recovery:
