Newark municipal court judge Richard Nunes approved a motion to allow an out-of-state attorney to represent Haisong Jiang, the Rutgers doctoral student whose burning desire for the love of his life set off a major security breach at Newark Liberty International airport January 3.
Eric Bruce, an attorney based out of Washington, D.C., plans to represent Jiang at his Feb. 9 arraignment, assisted by Thomas Moseley of Newark.
