* Allendale: Celebrations kick off at 7 a.m. Sunday at Memorial Park off Brookside and Park avenues with a flag-raising by the Boy Scouts of Allendale. Field events will start at 8:30 a.m. at Recreation Park at West Allendale and West Crescent avenues. Evening festivities, including a band concert and fireworks, will be at Crestwood Lake Park on West Crescent Avenue at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are required (residents are asked to make a donation).
