Drain before you gain.....
Over these last four years I have seen countless ways to
assist exercise in getting the body healthy.
Starting with exercise and nutrition a well known assistant is
detoxifying the body. Like the majority of the world wrapped around 80% of America
is a midsection mishap that is very difficult to get rid of.
Part of that “tire”
is a lot of bio and build up in the intestine that has gathered there over the
years of eating. Even if you do not have a large midsection there are many
toxins and excess build-up within the body.

Choosing what to use and how to use it will probably be the
biggest issue that you will have when determining how to detoxify your body.
The easy part of choosing when to detoxify is previous to beginning a workout
regimen. The reason you want to detox before you start working out and overhaul
of your nutrition regimen is simply because you drain all the toxins and bio
and buildup before putting in the correct nutritional items and they become diminished
due to vast build up of negativity. What types of detoxes should I pick, you
ask? Well start with your pro and pre-biotics and plenty of water along with a
type of flush and incorporating a sauna or steam room to kick start the work
