Big Dummy Award
Wow! I have nothing to say really but got damn Chad Johnson<---- Damn, how you gonna get fired on your day off ( In my Smokey from Friday voice)
Here's what happened...
This past Saturday Evelyn and Chad were in arguing over a condom receipt while driving home from dinner and he head butted her. She had a laceration on her head and fled to their neighbors house and called 911. He was held on bail and released early Sunday morning and dropped from the Miami Dolphins Sunday evening...Sucks to be him right now. Evelyn knew who she was marrying and I guess this is the painful price of fame.

Chris Henry's Fiancée Speaks
by Jarred Powell
Sports Editor
My heart goes out to Chris Henry's fiancée, Loleini Tonga, but this has to be the worse interview I have ever seen. Not only does she contradict herself, but she speaks as if she had no control over the situation, which she clearly did and did not use. This interview gave me insight into the whole situation.

Chargers Merriman accused of attacking reality TV star

San Diego Chargers star linebacker Shawne Merriman, who is coming back this season from knee surgery was arrested on suspicion of choking and restraining his girlfriend who was attempting to leave his home in San Diego. Merriman's girlfriend is 27 nyear old reality tv star Tila Tequila. She signed a citizens arrest warrant charging him. This is the next in a list of setbacks for Merriman which includes a suspension for steroid use, knee injury and others. It seems that his problems are not on the field but rather off the field. Im sure that the NFL commisioner will suspend him for some games. Merriman is an awesome talent but if he can not get his act together, his days in San Diego are over.

The most selfish professional athlete in America
Harrison has sunk to a new low!

For a person that was undrafted and has an opportunity to meet our coolest president in some time not to mention our first black president. That is what James Harrison is doing and he doesn't make any sense as to his reason for doing it. Can anyone say, I have a big ego since becoming a millionaire.

John Madden retires from Broadcasting
Wow, this is a sad day in broadcasting and in sports. This is a legend and not because of his video game. He is to Pro Football what Dickie V is to College Basketball. I will miss you John and ESPN is wrong for replacing you with an incumbent like Chris Collinsworth.

Former NFL star looking at possible jail time

Travis Henry has fallen from grace
By: Jarred Powell
Former NFL running back Travis Henry pleaded guilty Thursday to trafficking cocaine in a federal drug case that could land him in prison for 10 years or more. My how the mighty have fallen. In 2002, Henry made the Pro Bowl as a running back for the Buffalo Bills. He then was upset about his contract and was traded to Tennessee where he didn't start and was released. He was then picked up by the Denver Broncos and lost his starting job to Tatum Bell. I can only hope that Travis Henry gets his head on straight after this. Your career is over, but at least be a productive citizen in society.
