Food for Thought…..

I know you have seen that photo that shows how even your exercise regimen cannot outweigh you dietary regimen. In your normal research you probably find many variations of diets and nutritional programs, but what do you stick with and what do you weed out for your specific needs.
  As children we grow up despising vegetables. No matter who you are it usually ends up being an acquired taste or a must do until you choose to like them and add them into your daily nutrition routine.  Specific vegetables assist in the body’s ability to keep your regular, energized, and properly maintained.  If you had a list of these specific vegetables how would incorporate them into your daily nutritional program.

You may not know that Green and green leafy vegetables have more impact than others on your digestive track. So I am going to supply you with a list of vegetables and what they help you with in you nutritional health. Happy Eating!!

APRICOTS – Combats Cancer, controls blood pressure, saves your eyesight, shields against Alzheimer’s, and slows aging process.
ARTICHOKES – Aids digestion, lowers cholesterol, protects your heart, stabilizes blood sugar, guards against liver disease.
AVOCADOS – Battles diabetes, lowers cholesterol, helps stops, strokes, controls blood pressure, smoothes skin
BEANS – Prevents constipation, helps hemorrhoids, lowers cholesterol, combats cancer, stabilizes blood pressure.
BROCCOLI – Strengthens bones, saves eyesight, combats cancer, protects your heart, control’s blood pressure.
CABBAGE – Combats cancer, prevents constipation, promotes weight loss, protects your heart, helps hemorrhoids
SPINACH – Combats cancer, promotes healthy skin, fights Alzheimer’s, saves eyesight, slows aging process
KALE – Protects against prostate and colon cancer, effective immune agent, protects eyesight, anti-aging agents, protects against lung and oral cancers.
