You get the fuzzies?

Alright I had a friend Kariah C. ask me a couple questions “Should I workout
before breakfast I workout?” “Is it a bad thing to workout on an empty stomach?”
There are many ways that I can answer those questions.
I will start with answering with how
important it is to have a great nutritional regimen, next is a great workout
regimen, and last an awesome mental mind set. The combination of all three of
these things will help with answering these amazing questions.
Q’s Tips

Part of your healthy lifestyle is to keep up with a
nutritional program. Diets do not work due to its uncanny ability to provide
your body with a form of torture. Your body is controlled by your brain. It
requires you to program it to be able to remember. A great regimen stays
structured to a point where you do not focus on the action itself, basically
you just do. Working out requires an energy source to importantly handle the
daily lifestyle. Whether you exercise or not, your body still requires it to be
properly energized. If you are properly energizing the body with a great
nutritional regimen, then when you exercise you will have sufficient amount of
energy to perform the exercise activity. A timely workout regimen is important to
recovery and growth. See my article on Muscle Soreness. The workout has to fit
into the daily lifestyle of any person and be just as important as going to
work or school! Being able to do properly handle these things show how you can
use your mental stability to control an amazing lifestyle. Working out in the
morning before breakfast is a choice you make based on your daily necessities
routine. With being able to set your mind to repeat specific activities without
having to remember it or cut it out for another task with help set your up for
success. So as I always say “Train the mind, Train the body!”
